Ravi Manoharan, M.Sc, B.Sc

Ravi is a co-founder of The Silverback Team, a digital solutions and software development company. He spent 17 years with the Toronto Police as a Detective where he specialized in Digital Forensics, Software Development and Software Product Management.  He holds a Masters degree in Security & Risk Management and numerous qualifications in Digital Forensics and Information Technology.  He retired from his career in policing and now manages several businesses both within Canada and the United States.
